2005을 시작으로 올해로 3회째를 맞는 대전 탱고 페스티벌이 2007년 6월 23일~24일 양일간 대전 엑스포 다리와 아수까에서 열립니다.

올해는 아르헨티나에서 최고의 인기를 얻고있는 훌리오 발마세다(Julio Bamaceda)와 완벽한 호흡을 보여주는 그의 파트너 꼬리나 데 로사(Corina de Rosa)가 함께 합니다.   

We invite you to join our 3rd Daejon Tango festival started at 2005
on the Daejon Expo bridge and tango bar Azucar
on June 23-24, 2007.

This year we invite the renowned teachers and performers of Argentine tango,
Julio Bamaceda and his partner Corina de Rosa to our festival.
You will experience the flavor of tango,
the charming dance and culture of Argentina, in this festival.

1996년부터 파트너로 활동을 시작한 훌리오발마세다와 꼬리나 데 로사는 "살롱 탱고"의 전통적인 우아함에 이들만의 독특한 스타일을 가미해 최근 탱고계의 유행을 선도해왔다.

그들은 춤의 유려함과 정밀함! 그리고 에너지와  역동성을 탁월한 음악의 해석으로 표현해 낸다.
특히 탱고 발스와 살롱 탱고의 대가로서 세계 각국의 수없이 많은 무대에 서왔으며

현재 마지막 푸글리에세라고 불리는 Color Tango 오케스트라와 호흡을 맞추는 댄서로써 탱고의 진수를 보여주고 있다.

1998년, 토니상의 최고안무상 후보에도 올랐던 유명한 브로드웨이 뮤지컬 포에버탱고에서 공연.
1999년, 뉴욕의 카네기홀에 초청되어 게리 버튼, 파블로 지글러, 파키토 디리베라의 피아졸라 헌정공연 무대에 섰다.

이들은 유럽, 미국, 일본등 각지의 많은 유명 탱고페스티벌에 메인 인스트럭터로 초청되고 있으며, 아르헨티나에서도 그들의 탱고학교를 운영하는 등 자신의 나라에서 탱고의 보급과 확산에 많은 기여를 하고 있다.

Since 1996 they have had a unique style leading the latest trends in tango
and adding to it the traditional ellegance of ‘tango salon’.
They combine fluency, fineness, energy and dynamism along with unequalled interpretation of the music.

As specialists in ‘tango vals’ and ‘tango salon’, they have come out on innumerable stages around the world.
At present, they are the solo couple of Color Tango Orchestra.

During 1998, they were part of the succesful Broadway production ‘Forever Tango’
whose cast was nominated for the ‘Tony Awards’ as ‘Best Choreography’.
In 1999 they were called to dance in ‘Carnegie Hall’ in New York
together with the very virtuous Gary Burton, Pablo Ziegler and Paquito D’Rivera in tribute to the great Astor Piazzolla.

They are summoned to participate as ‘instructors’ in the most prestigious tango festivals in Europe, USA and Japan.

They have their own school in Argentina and take part in all events related to the promotion and spreading of tango in their country
